The short version

Vrtasyn serves ads without tracking people. We set no cookies, store no IP addresses, and never build a profile of a visitor or follow them from one site to another. There is no advertising ID, no fingerprint, and nothing sold to anyone.

Visitors to a site running Vrtasyn

When an ad loads, our servers see a request and record:

These are aggregated into counts. We do not keep a row per visitor, and nothing in that data identifies anyone.

If a visitor clicks an ad, we record the click so the publisher and advertiser can be shown how the campaign performed. That record contains no name, email, or IP address.

Frequency capping — not showing the same ad too many times — runs entirely in the visitor's own browser storage on the site they are visiting. That data never reaches us except as a count of how many times an ad has already been seen.

Conversion tracking

Advertisers can install a tag that reports a sale back to us. When someone clicks an ad, we add a random click identifier to the destination URL. The advertiser's own site stores that identifier in its own first-party storage and sends it back with the order value if a purchase happens.

That identifier is meaningless outside the advertiser's site and is not a cross-site cookie. We receive the click identifier, an order value and an order reference. We do not receive the customer's name, email, address or payment details.

Account holders

If you sign up, we store your email address, your account and billing status, and the advertising data you create — sites, placements, advertisers, campaigns and creatives.

We use your email to send sign-in links, usage warnings and service notices. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. For marketplace payouts, Stripe collects the publisher's identity and bank details directly — we never see or store them.

Who else sees the data

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Retention

Aggregated statistics are kept while your account is open. Click records are kept for 13 months, which covers year-on-year reporting. If you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can export your data as CSV at any time from the dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have rights of access, correction, restriction and objection under the UK GDPR and GDPR.

Email kevin@kfostermarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this in a way that materially affects you, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
